On Tuesday nights, we have Caribbean chicken on special.
Now, the picture pretty much speaks for itself, but we'll tell you a little more about it.
First, we grill a 5oz chicken breast on the grill, just right until it's very tender. Before that we make sure our wild rice is very hot, and use it as a bed for the chicken breast. Once the chicken and the rice are placed, we use our special Caribbean sauce to drench over the two. Lastly, we always like to sprinkle a bit of paprika seasoning onto the mix to really top it off. It adds a bit of 'kick' to the taste, and simply looks awesome.
After that is meticulously done, we enjoy adding a side of vegetables to the main dish. We generously season the veggies with our ,special seasoning, which we like keeping as a secret :)
The dish is very tasty, and is also very unique. It has a creamy, yet tangy sort-of taste to it. It's something different, and that's what we love providing you with, here at Burke's.
