This is our Florentine Omelette.
It's actually a very simple, yet delicious recipe. We use egg whites, mozzarella cheese, and spinach. It provides a very "clean" taste, and and a very "clean energy." For anyone looking to eat out, and eat something healthy, here you go.

Spinach provides a ton of vitamin A, which helps maintain healthy vision, neurological function, healthy skin, and more. Spinach is also an antioxidant, so in other words; it reduces inflammation. Eggs whites are commonly known to be healthy, AND THEY ARE! They are very low calorie (just like spinach) and very high in protein, to fuel your muscles.
